Order Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer a return policy. However, you have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation and a full refund. After this 6-hour period, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as they enter the processing stage.
Free Replacements
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, we will send you a new replacement free of charge. To request a replacement, please provide.
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once verified, we will ship out your replacement immediately. No return of the damaged item is required.
Refunds
For eligible cancellations made within the 6-hour window, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
